Belfast Baps! ☘️ Recipe 500g - 4 Cups of Bread or All Purpose Flour 150ml - 2/3 Cup of Lukewarm Water 150ml - 2/3 Cup of Milk 30g of Fresh Yeast or 3 1/2 tsp of Instant 2 tbsp of Butter 1 tsp of Salt 1 tsp of Sugar Bake at 220C/430F for 25 minutes. If you want them dark/burnt on top bake at 250C/480F instead for about 20 minutes
