Почему курсы немецкого НЕ РАБОТАЮТ и ЧТО ДЕЛАТЬ, чтобы выучить язык с 0 до С2 самостоятельно

In this video, I explain why German language courses are often less effective than many expect. The main problem with courses is that they create the illusion that someone else will put the knowledge into your head for you. Many people come to classes hoping that the teacher or program will do all the work. But the reality is: you can't learn a language passively. Whether you attend a course or not, you always have to do the bulk of the work yourself. The second reason is the lack of a universal methodology. People are very different: some learn better through reading, others through listening, some need tables and rules, while others prefer practice and communication. Courses are usually built on a single system, which doesn't suit everyone. Furthermore, studying in a group often slows progress. The teacher needs to pay attention to each participant, so the pace of learning rarely matches the individual's abilities. Independent study allows you to progress much faster and focus specifically on your weaknesses. What should you do instead? I recommend building your learning around preparing for language exams. Exams require you to develop all key skills simultaneously: listening, reading, writing, speaking, and grammar. It's also important to work with different textbooks, apps, and materials to find the approach that works best for you. Teachers, courses, and textbooks can be helpful, but they are only tools. Responsibility for the outcome always lies with the student. That's why successful language learning begins not with finding the perfect course, but with a willingness to work independently, regularly and consciously. How are you learning German?
