May 16, 2026 2026 Pocheon Hantan River Spring Garden Festa I went on a trip It was a weekend morning, and after driving for a little over an hour to escape the stuffy city, I finally arrived at the Hantan River Ecological Landscape Complex. 1:00–1:40 Hantan River Ecological Landscape Complex 27:11–28:31 Outdoor Exhibition Area As I entered the entrance, colorful flowers and lush green plants filled my eyes. I walked slowly along the walking path, savoring the tranquility that nature offers. At the outdoor exhibition areas set up throughout the complex, I could view various artworks, making me feel as if I were walking through a small gallery in nature. 1:53–11:18 Pocheon Y-shaped Suspension Bridge Afterward, I moved on to the Pocheon Y-shaped Suspension Bridge. As I stepped onto the bridge, the magnificent canyon scenery of Northern Gyeonggi Province unfolded before my eyes. The view of the Hantan River flowing beneath my feet and the sheer cliffs was a breathtaking spectacle that naturally drew gasps of admiration. 12:18 ~ 20:32 River Market & Food Zone The food booths, run directly by local residents, were filled with the savory aroma of Korean pancakes and the scent of fresh local food from Pocheon. We took a seat at an outdoor table and enjoyed a leisurely lunch under the warm spring sunshine. 21:22 ~ 24:17 Agricultural & Specialty Products Sales Area It was a delightful experience browsing through the display of fresh agricultural products grown in Pocheon's pristine nature and various local specialties. 29:08 ~ 31:31 Bidulginang Waterfall The final stop was Bidulginang Waterfall. Arrived after crossing a Y-shaped suspension bridge, the waterfall was an impressive attraction featuring water cascading refreshingly between basalt cliffs. The sound of the waterfall, the gentle ripples, and the cliff scenery blended together, giving the feeling of having entered a hidden secret space.
