Authorities said 143 houses were constructed in just over a month to help families who lost their homes due to natural disasters. The new residential area includes modern infrastructure, roads, utilities, and fully equipped homes ready for immediate living. The housing project was supported by the Akhmat-Khadji Kadyrov Regional Public Fund, named after Akhmat Kadyrov. During the ceremony, several builders were honored for their contribution to the rapid construction of the homes.
