The Witcher by Andrzej Sapkowski is my all-time favourite fantasy book series, so I was beyond excited to finally see a promising adaptation! I was really happy about some amazing details they chose to include and a little bummed about excluding others, but oh well, that’s just what adaptations are always like. Alas, my most favourite scene didn’t make the cut either, but I’m still very happy about the outcome. Pavetta's hair looked like a challenge to me at first, but the more I watched, the more I got to discover the nonchalant elegance and ease with which the look was created.
