Madlanga Commission | Matlala's appearance postponed
The Madlanga Commission has confirmed that attempted murder accused Vusimuzi "Cat" Matlala, who had been subpoenaed to appear before the Commission tomorrow, will no longer testify. This as evidence leaders asked for his appearance to be deferred to a later date. This follows heightened public and media interest in his anticipated appearance. Commission spokesperson Jeremy Michaels says while Matlala will not appear before the Commission tomorrow, his legal representatives will be present on his behalf.
