Corn Yeast Fermentation You can do it in two ways one is by adding sugar or molasses to the corn, yeast and water. The other is that you can ferment this corn yeast using corn, yeast and water without sugar or molasses. Since I have studied chemistry, I would like to explain a little bit. Basically corn and sugar are both carbohydrates. Both are made up of a combination of oxygen and hydrogen with carbon. So you can do it directly from corn without using sugar. The main difference between sugar and corn is that sugar is a common carbohydrate and corn is a complex carbohydrate. Starch or carbohydrate It is broken down into glucose or sugar under the influence of enzymes or yeast and ethanol and carbon dioxide are formed from glucose or sugar under the influence of yeast. I gave you the chemical reaction on the skin. So I can tell you that you can ferment corn with sugar or molasses. Again you can do sugar or molasses free corn yeast fermentation in two ways. I am showing you corn fermentation in these two ways. First Sugar Corn East Fermentation Here I will show you one kg of Corn East Fermentation today. To ferment 1 kg of corn yeast, you need to take 20 to 30 ml of lukewarm water. In this water you need to mix three to four grams of yeast and the same amount of three to four grams of sugar or molasses together well. Then you have to keep it for 10 minutes. You can see that this East is going live. After 10 minutes the mixture is increasing. You have to mix it with corn. East is going live here. Many ask what is East? Yeast is a symbiotic unicellular fungus. It looks like a sack that encloses with a drawstring. That bakery will give you if you say East or East. Yeast is commonly used to make bread, cakes, biscuits. It is used to soften and soften. It is also used to make wine or soft drinks. Then you have to take one kg of corn and mix this corn well with adequate amount of water to make a paste. This is exactly how you make the paste as you can see in the picture. Then after 10 minutes of this yeast solution I sprinkled this corn inside and mixed it well. After mixing well, you will cover it well in an airtight container and leave it in the dark. Keep in mind that corn yeast fermentation is usually better in the dark with a lack of light. So the East Fermentation process is good at night and this is the right time. You leave it for 10 to 12 hours. After 12 hours it will become fermentation. If your bull is a cow after this fermentation is made, you will feed your bull by mixing it with 50% granular feed.
