Starting from approximately 2200 photographs taken from the International Space Station by Barry Wilmore on January 14th, we created this #timelapse. This is a nocturnal #ISS flyover above Europe and the Middle East. Thanks to the light of the full Moon, it is possible to distinguish many ground details; the Po Valley (Pianura Padana), virtually clear of clouds, is particularly evocative. The video covers a timeframe of 20 minutes, meaning it is accelerated by approximately 5 times compared to the Station's real speed. -------------- The AstronautiCAST YouTube channel is run by passionate volunteers on an unpaid basis.
