Sorcha Cusack - The Embroiderer's Tale - Refugee Tales
Actor Sorcha Cusack reads The Embroiderer's Tale by Patrick Gale from Refugee Tales: Volume III (out in 2019). The UK is the only country in Europe that detains people indefinitely. To call for a change in the law, Refugee Tales shares the stories of those who have experienced detention. Each day for 28 days, leading up to the start of a parliament, a tale will be released online. The project calls for an immediate time limit to immigration detention (28 Days).
