Eilish Rooney is an Emeritus Scholar in the school of Applied & Social Policy Sciences and the Transitional Justice Institute in the School Of Law. Originally from Ballymurphy in West Belfast, Eilish was the TJI representative on the UN Women Peace & Humanitarian and an intersectionality expert member of the UN Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia. In this discussion Eilish talks about her career, her family and reads some poems from her new book about Ballymurphy.
