MONSTER BRIEFING: How to run classic monsters from D&D in Pathfinder (Level -1) (Rules Lawyer)

I focus entirely on Level -1 monsters here (kobolds, goblins, skeletons, zombies), while dispensing general advice to help PF2 GMs. ADDITIONS/ERRATA: -Someone mentioned adding snares to a Kobold encounter due to their bonus to crafting traps.
