ICOM IC-R71A Dead Receiver FIXED
Here is a quick video clip of a used ICOM IC-R71a receiver that was purchased in "Non Functional" Condition. Power supply, replaced capacitor, missing Ram Module. After installing a aftermarket Willco Electronics ICM-1024B No Fail memory module, replaced internal speaker. Receiver is again ALIVE!
