'I'd be more comfortable in prison' - bleak reality of temporary homes
Rats, mould and overcrowding - these are just some of the issues facing homeless people in temporary accomodation. There's not enough accomodation to go round - and local authorities are currently under extreme pressure to find a solution. The problem is most acute in Edinburgh. It has the lowest proportion of social housing in Scotland and the most expensive private rental sector. Scotland Tonight visited the capital to meet those desperate to live somewhere safe.
