A windy day in Seestadt, a new construction project in the north-east of Vienna near the final stop of the U2 subway line. It's one of the largest urban development projects in Europe, which aims to be the home of thousands of people and companies over the next decade, with its new buildings, streets, and a huge artificial lake.
