Using the palm of your hand, flatten the dough on your work surface to combine the butter and obtain a smooth dough that doesn't stick to your fingers. 5. Form a ball and flatten it with a rolling pin between two sheets of parchment paper. 6. Using a pie crust, cut the dough into a round shape. Using a knife, cut a strip. 7. Let the pastry rest for 5 hours in the refrigerator. 8. Assemble the ingredients and place them in the oven at 170 degrees for 6 minutes. Tart Topping Ingredients: Dark, lightly sweetened chocolate Milk Cream Sugar 3 egg yolks Recipe: 1. Heat the milk, cream, and sugar in a saucepan. Add the egg yolks. Then whisk everything together. 2. Pour the mixture over the chocolate pieces. Emulsify with an immersion blender. 3. Let it rest for at least 5 hours. Then transfer the mixture to a piping bag. 4. Place a layer of caramel over the pastry. Add the chocolate mixture. 5. Add coarse salt and chocolate shavings for decoration.
