Dual VertiSTAK Pallet Stacker System | Automated Good & Reject Pallet Sorting

This dual Go Fast VertiSTAK system was designed for integration into an automated pallet sorting line. After each pallet is scanned and inspected by the robotic system, it is classified as either good or rejected. Good pallets are directed to one VertiSTAK, while rejected pallets are routed to the second machine for separate stacking. The VertiSTAK features an all-electric lifting system mounted at the top of the machine. This allows the pallet conveyor and roll case to remain close to floor level. The versatile design can be installed in either direction over a powered roll case and configured to: Automatically stack incoming pallets Dispense pallets one at a time Stack and dispense within the same system Integrate into pallet inspection and sorting lines Separate different pallet grades into dedicated stacks In this video, we test the VertiSTAK’s stacking and dispensing functions before the system is installed in the customer’s automated pallet sorting line.
