Clean, oil and maintain Elna over locker
In this video I talk you through cleaning ,oiling and I only put the tiniest amount of oil on because I did it the previous day, but then decided to do a video on it. I show you how to thread the machine and how to change threads so you don't have to do it from scratch every time, change needles, position cutting blade up or down and how to get to bulb and talk you through changing it .The model is Elna 683 I have had it for many years , the recommended time to oil in the manual is every eight hours of use but I say use your own judgment the more you use it the more it will need oiling, looking after your machine will keep it running at its best and should last you for many years .Also clean it regularly and thoroughly again its in your best interest for it to run at its best for you keeping it in tip top condition!
