(lol) I asked my mom for her recipe for winter melon soup, so I hope you all make it too 😂 ① Stir-fry pork belly in sesame oil ② Add carrots, onions, shiitake mushrooms, and winter melon and stir-fry ③ Add water and shiitake mushroom broth and simmer ④ Season with chicken bones, soy sauce, salt, and sesame oil ⑤ Thicken with potato starch ⑥ Add green onions and it's done!
