The Gypsy Moths - behind the scenes: 1969 skydiving
The making of the 1969 classic skydiving movie "The Gypsy Moths". Timeless footage from skydiving great, Carl Boenish. It was the first time the still relatively new sport of parachuting had been projected on the big screen. Excerpts were screened repeatedly by the South Australian Sport Parachute Club in the 1970s, using an old 16 mm film projector.
