The Ministry of Housing is preparing to launch the first phase of rental apartments, in accordance with the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, regarding the provision of housing units on a monthly rental system for low-income citizens. Who will be given priority for these rental-to-own apartments? If your income is 1000 Egyptian pounds, you can apply. What if you want to own them immediately? The offering of rental apartments comes in response to the demands of a large number of citizens across the country for housing units that suit their financial capabilities. Suggested locations for rental apartments: The initial locations for the first phase of rental-to-own apartments to be offered by the Ministry of Housing will be in the Rawdat El-Obour, 10th of Ramadan, and Zahrat El-Amal projects in Amal City. They will also be available in governorates such as Cairo, Sharqia, Qalyubia, Menoufia, and Beni Suef. The rent-to-own apartments range in size from 75 to 130 square meters. These fully finished apartments are available, some ready for immediate occupancy and others currently under construction by the Ministry of Housing and the governorates.
