Bringing This Old Yamaha TTR230 Dirt Bike Back to Life

Bought a broken 2005 Yamaha TTR 230 last year for $750 (Not Running.) Then I replaced a few items on it for a few hundred dollars to get it running and I've been using it as a spare / loaner for friends, but it's in serious need of maintenance. Giving it some love in this video and riding it for the first time in well over a year. What do you guys think of the TTR? Is it a good first starter bike or would you recommend something else?
