Jugni Explanation: Squat and get low, with your knees facing outward, and your heels further apart than your knees so that the back of your knee is an obtuse angle. Lightly raise your heel from one foot to the other in this stance as you keep your back straight. Your left hand is in front of you at chest level and your right hand is extended up. Make sure to bounce your chest and shoulders while keeping your arms flexed.
