The whole paddock is on fire… We have to muster all the heifers through the fire

Tammy from GDL comes out to inspect our sale bulls as we lock in a draft for the National Draft Master Sale and a few other upcoming bull sales. We then duck into Woolworths to check out the new True Blue dog food range before heading back bush for a big job. The day finishes with a full-on burn — 300 acres of old rat’s tail grass on a lease block. Tight fire breaks, close flames, and pushing heifers through heavy grass ahead of the fire to keep everything controlled. Big day. Big calls. One hell of a mission.
