Happy 15th Birthday Jessica :)

It's my daughter Jessica's 15th birthday on 10th September 2013. I wrote a poem and made this video of it for her. As it's your 15th birthday today, I thought I would take the time, to put together some heartfelt words, composed in the form of a rhyme. You were my first little one, and I care for you so much. I love the fondness in your eyes and kindness in your touch. I was there when you were born, and knew immediately, that you were someone very special who meant the world to me. You give me a joyful heart and memories, I'm left, with an enduring sense of fatherhood that no-one can contest. But somewhere along the way, things have gone awry. We haven't managed to put things together again, believe me how I've tried. A bigger family doesn't have to mean the end of us, a bigger family means more love, more cuddles, more hugs, more fuss. Everyone here misses you dearly having you around making us more cheery. We'd love it if you came back to see us, joined in again, you could come on the bus. And so Jessica before you go to sleep, Remember I am your Dad and I am always yours to keep.
