Medical school clerkships | What to expect on your OBGYN rotation

OB hx will be in the format of GxPxxxx, and you’ll learn what that means. Make sure you ask the appropriate questions to fill out the G’s and P’s. Presenting an OBGYN patient usually (at least at my institution) starts with “This is an xx year old G3P3003 presenting for (cc)," you’ll pick up special things to include in your presentations for different rotations, but this is a good place to start on OBGYN.
