Thailand House Build Update: New Paint, New Tiles and a Pond Full of Fish Welcome back to our Thailand house build journey! In this update, I start painting the front of the house after undercoating the exterior walls and making a trip to Thai Watstadu to pick up the top coat paint. We also welcome back one of our original builders who begins work on some of the major unfinished jobs, including tiling the driveway and carport area beneath the second storey. Meanwhile, the kids spend time fishing in our front pond and are surprised by just how many fish have grown in there. It turns into a fun family day while we continue making progress on our dream home in rural Thailand.
