Humeral Avulsion Glenohumeral Ligament (HAGL lesion) of shoulder
Tears of the inferior glenohumeral ligament may be from the glenoid, the mid substance, or the humerus. Tears from the humerus are called HAGL lesions for Humeral Avulsion Glenohumeral Ligament. These injuries occurs with abduction and external rotation of the shoulder.
