Former Deputy Defense Minister Alina Frolova added that Ukraine has increased production of long- and medium-range strike missiles, while Russia itself, according to Frolova, "suffers from a shortage of personnel, technology, and money." Frolova continued that, for example, liberating Crimea through such strikes would be easier than liberating Donbas due to its geographic features. An "isolation operation" is planned for Crimea, which will not yield short-term results. But if Russia loses this territory, she predicts, it "will be a catastrophe for Putin." She noted that without supplies, fuel, water, and electricity, it would be impossible to maintain troops there. The next step, according to Frolova, should be the complete disabling of the Kerch Bridge. Moreover, as Kushnikov added, the isolation of Crimea is necessary to stop its use against Ukraine. In the temporarily occupied Crimea, 16 power plants were destroyed in two days, as this is necessary to dismantle enemy rear areas. Robert "Madyar" Brovdi, commander of the Unmanned Systems Force, announced this on Facebook. "Minus 16 power units in 48 hours. Crimean power switch in the 'off' position," he wrote.
