Heat is generated efficiently only at the base of the cookware, i.e., only where it is really needed. The intelligent flexZones even allow you to use large cookware with a diameter of up to 24 cm and a length of up to 40 cm. You can move your pots or pans at any time, and your settings remain unchanged until you confirm. The inductionAir Plus cooktop with integrated extractor hood has another feature – the intelligent Frying Sensor Plus. This ensures that, no matter what type of food is being frying, the pan always cooks to the correct cooking point and maintains the temperature reached, so your food neither overheats nor burns. This means you can easily use multiple pans without losing track. ✅ How is the steam generated during cooking vented? Siemens has built an air quality sensor into the integrated extractor hood that measures the level of air pollution and the amount of steam generated during cooking and automatically adjusts the fan speed accordingly.
