I found this 1988 Volvo 740 with a 2.3 16V engine over a year ago and decided to save it. It's been a huge project: we've replaced and restored a lot, and have already done almost everything necessary. But I'm still working on reviving the car. Today, we're installing the missing control unit—the very "computer" that was missing. After installation, we tried starting the engine again, but this time it didn't work. Most likely, the old alarm is blocking it. First, I need to replace the batteries in the remote controls and try again. Besides, there's one more necessary part left.
