Ranking EVERY Legendary Skin from WORST to BEST

Legendary skins are some of the most expensive skins in the game, but not all skins hold the same amount of value. In today's video, I'm going to be ranking every legendary skin from worst to best based off a few categories like looks, effects, skin animations, personal bias and voicelines. Each categories will be rated from 0 to 10, 0 being really bad and 10 being amazingly good!
