Old Town to Canal Bridge, Swindon Railway Path Walk

The walk starts from Central Trading Estate, Signal Way, Swindon and follows the route of the old railway towards West Swindon, ending at the Canal Bridge close to Rushey Platt. The foliage at the sides of the path has grown so vigorously this year that for a lot of route the surrounding countryside cannot be seen. However, on a couple of occasions we get to see the view across the Wichelstowe development towards Wroughton and the hills beyond.
