Hi friends! ✨ In this class we’re working with the health of our fascia (connective tissue). We’re encouraging elasticity - the ability of our tissues to spring back and respond with resilience - and plasticity - their ability to gradually adapt and remodel over time. Rather than relying on static stretches, this class uses spirals, undulations, and dynamic loading to encourage healthy fascial movement, support tissue glide and hydration, and cultivate both resilience and adaptability throughout the body. Expect a creative, intermediate-to-advanced movement practice that challenges conventional yoga sequencing while exploring the body through a fascial lens. Enjoy!
