Around 8:30 this morning, a fire believed to have been caused by an explosion broke out inside the management office of an apartment complex in Sadong, Gyeongsan-si, North Gyeongsang Province. According to the police, eight people have been injured so far as a result of the accident. A senior citizens' center was located next to the management office, and authorities have determined that five of the eight injured are elderly residents of the center. It is reported that there had recently been conflict between the apartment management office and some residents at the apartment complex where the accident occurred. It has been determined that a complainant brought flammable substances into the management office prior to the suspected explosion.
