In a pot, add the roasted anchovies, kelp, radish, and 2L of water. Bring to a boil to make the broth. 2. Prepare and slice the vegetables. 3. Stir in the soybean powder and soybean paste into the broth, then bring it to a full boil. 4. Add the napa cabbage and onion, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes until tender. 5.
