Reva & Kyle & Josh (#1) Post Wedding/Josh Returns Part 1, Guiding Light 1986

HB arrives at Reva's hospital room where Roxie informs him she is calling out for Joshua. While still sedated Josh arrives in her room to make sure Reva is ok. He tells her that he can't stay that there may be others after him and he doesn't want to put her in any more danger. He tells her to be well and be happy and kisses her. Before leaving he tells her he will love her as long as he lives. Later Reva is waiting in Kyle's office. He is excited to see her and is upset that Roxie didn't let him see her at the hospital. He is excited that his son is alive. She tells him that if he had left Ben with Maeve in the first place he would have known that he was ok. Reva tells Kyle that she can't be a family with him and Ben and there will never be a wedding. She tells him that they're over and that they don't belong together. He is upset when she says they don't love each other any more. He blames Maeve for their problems. She tells him she just sees someone that looks like the man she loved and regardless of what Maeve did, what he did was worse. He declares that he won't lose her and she tells him that she's already gone. She tells him to do what's right for his son, meaning to share him with Maeve. He wants Reva to be his mother and she says no. Reva tells him that if he doesn't share Ben then he will lose him too eventually. He thinks Reva is being unrealistic. She tells him that a son isn't something you own and if he doesn't share Ben then Ben will grow up to be as lonely and miserable as him. After Reva leaves, Kyle blames Maeve and vows not to let her ruin his life again.
