Blacksmith Tutorials: All About Upsets PART 2
Part 2 of my Upset journey. In this video I focus on the practical side of upsetting, and why there is a benefit to adding material to the end of your work. Rather than a decorative element, this will show you a few processes where upsetting is a vital step, including making diamond points, and forming scarfs for fire welding (forge welding). As ever, please leave any feedback or questions in the comments, I'm always happy to help with things if I can. Thanks for watching, Tom
