Part 2 of my Upset journey. In this video I focus on the practical side of upsetting, and why there is a benefit to adding material to the end of your work. Rather than a decorative element, this will show you a few processes where upsetting is a vital step, including making diamond points, and forming scarfs for fire welding (forge welding).
