Ahead of a Mahapanchayat regarding the Bharat Tiwari encounter case in Bhojpur, the administration has removed the Jagdishpur SDPO. A case had been registered against the SDPO, the then Station House Officer (SHO), and several other police personnel following a complaint filed by Bharat Tiwari's mother. While a judicial inquiry into the matter is underway, local residents and various public representatives are raising questions about the encounter.
