We spent 2 weeks exploring Vietnam, and it was a complete rollercoaster. From the beautiful sunny days and incredible history to the chaotic traffic and severe air pollution, this trip had some major ups and downs. In this video, we explore the famous Hanoi Train Street, dive into the dark history of the French colonial opium empire, and share a unique Cold War story connecting Czechoslovakia to Ho Chi Minh’s forces. But our journey ends with a harsh reality check. A toxic blanket of air pollution rolled over Hanoi, making the middle of the day look dark. The air became so unbearable that we had to head to the airport 10 hours early just to breathe clean air. This is our raw, honest farewell to Vietnam. Thanks for watching!
