MBT-B – This OP Autoloader Shouldn't Be Allowed – World of Tanks

Everyday World of Tanks Best Replays Absolute domination with 13K damage dealt and 4 frags by tier X autoloader heavy tank MBT-B played by IVORTEX__ on Outpost. Vehicle Description The MBT-B has a unique autoloader system. Since the shells are divided into containers, the tank can do a lot of damage in a short amount of time. The total damage from the magazine is also huge. Excellent dynamics allow the tank to stay in the thick of the action throughout the battle. However, it lacks reliable armor. Historical Reference In July 1964, General Motors Corporation presented a project for a main battle tank (MBT). It combined cutting-edge tank-building trends of the early 1960s: a lowered silhouette, high mobility, hydropneumatic suspension ensuring smooth movement without the ability to change clearance, as well as combined armor for HEAT shell protection. The designers planned to arm the tank with a 120 mm gun or a 120 mm gun/launching device, and their decision to mount TV cameras on the rear of the turret to boost the view range and ease reversing was even ahead of its time. They also paid great attention to mitigating radiation impact. The project stopped at the full-scale prototype stage, but all the developments formed the basis for a promising 1970s American tank: the MBT-70.
