Restaurant Style Pinto Beans (In an Instant Pot) 1 pound of dried pinto beans (sorted/cleaned) 1 tsp. of salt 2 tsp. cumin 2 tsp. garlic powder 2 tsp. onion powder 2 tsp. chili powder 2 tsp. beef bouillon 2 slices salt pork (or bacon) ½ gallon of water (8 cups) Put dried beans in Instant Pot. Add salt, seasonings, salt pork and water. Use “Manual” setting for 90 minutes of pressure. Allow pressure to naturally release, approximately 30-40 minutes. Add more salt if needed to taste. ENJOY!!
