Chase H.Q. (Sega Saturn, 1996) | Easy Mode Playthrough | 1CC

This video features a full run of Chase H.Q. on the Sega Saturn, played on Easy. Many players describe the Saturn version as noticeably more difficult than the arcade original, especially on Normal, where the timer is strict and the traffic patterns are dense and unpredictable. Each time I attempted 'Normal' I'd spend my 5 credits by the time I encountered the game's last boss. Easy mode on the other hand creates more breathing room that keeps the game playable while avoiding the sharp difficulty spikes that define the higher settings. Overall, I like the Saturn port as it keeps the fast sprite scaling and the classic chase‑and‑ram gameplay in-tact, which made the original arcade game memorable. It also has its own quirks, like the outward sliding during turns and the occasional traffic clusters that appear without warning.
