FutariPapa's double chocolate muffins that you can make with your kids! ************************************* Chocolate Chip Muffins Ingredients (makes about 12 muffins) (approximately 6cm diameter each) *All ingredients must be at room temperature. *200g plain flour *2 teaspoons baking powder *Pinch of salt (omit if using salted butter) *30g cocoa powder *100g unsalted butter *100ml milk *150g sugar *2 eggs *As many dark chocolate chips as you like (If using milk chocolate or other sweeter chocolate chips, increase the amount of sugar to 100g.) Directions *All ingredients must be at room temperature. 1. Place the butter and sugar in a bowl and beat with a hand mixer until thick and creamy. 2. Add the beaten eggs in several batches and mix until evenly combined. 3. Sift in the ingredients marked with * and mix with a rubber spatula. 4. Once smooth, add the milk and mix. 5. Once the mixture is no longer crumbly, add the chocolate chips and mix until evenly combined. 6. Place the mixture from step 4 into a muffin mold lined with paper and garnish with chocolate chips. 7. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 20 minutes. (Adjust the oven temperature depending on your model.)
