7000 Power Leaders are Balanced, Apparently! | OP11 Purple Black Luffy

Just an initial build and first few games. Will do a deck breakdown once I've got more reps and a chance to test against U/P, G/P etc. Deck feels good on first thoughts, Beer Luffy is super important though, similar to SPud in G/P. May be worth increasing when you're at sea to 4 and even trying 4c Zorojuro. Lots of bricks though.
