MILKY WAY time-lapse and astrophotography at ASTROFARM TIVOLI, Namibia - June 2023
In June 2023, I paid a visit to ASTROFARM TIVOLI in Namibia to enjoy the amazing dark sky (Bortle 1) at 23 degrees southern lattitude. For 10 clear nights I could witness the amazing Milky Way in astronomical opposition and shine all night. What a treat for the eye it was! Armoured with several Canon camera's en a variety of Sigma lenses (and one Olympus fisheye), I shot about 14.000 photo's of our own glittering home galaxy.
