DIY Project #3: LG Washing Machine motor, stator assembly and open voltage test

Part 2 of setting up the washing machine motor as a wind turbine! See Part 1 here:    • DIY Project #3 ~ A washing machine!   We got the stator and rotor set up on a temporary base plate and spinning on some pillow block bearings. It's a simple assembly but does the trick. It's nothing special yet but we're quite close. Next video will be doing an actual load test and seeing how well this motor holds up to a couple batteries.
