Overall, this makes exercise for cirrhosis a very attractive intervention. It's recommended to exercise almost daily for at least 30 minutes. It's better if you can do aerobic exercise, cardio exercises, walking, swimming, cycling, etc. The benefits of exercise are countless (and well-known), not only for improving your physical appearance but also for enjoying good health.
