440C vs 154CM. Why I though 440C was better than it is and the history of 154CM.

I had some initial confusion with the first iteration of the BladeHQ Knife Steel guide. It appeared that 440C and 154CM had the exact same properties but 440C was cheaper. I went out to find a knife in 440C and there really weren't many. I did end up getting one. They have since updated the article linked below reflecting the different properties of the two.
