#valpoliella #whatisvalpolicella #veneto In this video I am explaining the differences between Valpolicella, Valpolicella Superiore, Valpolicella Ripasso, Amarone della Valpolicella and Recioto della Valpolicella. Red wines of Valpolicella are produced in the Northern part of Italy- Veneto region. This region is divided into three subregion , Valpantena, and Valpolicella Classico. The main grape varieties are: Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Molinara along withOseleta and Dindarella. My favourite Valpolicella wine producers are: Giuseppe Quintarelli, Paolo Cottini, Tedeschi, Zenato, Allegrini, Masi, Domini Veneti, Meroni and Speri.
