We are starting a 10-part playthrough series on the legendary Panzer Dragoon Orta! Originally released on the original Xbox, I'm playing it here through backward compatibility on my Xbox One (Gears of War Red Limited Edition). Since I always play completely blind, the first few episodes are a total discovery process. Fortunately, the game is highly accessible thanks to infinite continues, because it took me 5 full episodes to finally grasp all the core mechanics. Between switching through the dragon's 3 forms (each with unique flight styles and shots), controlling the speed (accelerating/braking), and shooting in all 4 directions... it's a lot to handle.
